Stay for longer when you want

A breathing timer from one to sixty minutes.

The homepage will always remain one quiet minute. This separate timer gives you the same four rhythms with 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 60 minute sessions.

Choosing a length

Use the smallest session you will actually do.

1–2 minutes

A quick transition

Useful between tasks or when you want to begin without making a large commitment.

5–10 minutes

A settled practice

Long enough to spend more time with the rhythm while still fitting into an ordinary break.

20–60 minutes

An extended session

Only continue while the pace remains comfortable. You can stop or return to natural breathing at any time.

Longer is not automatically better

Comfort still sets the limit.

The available times are practical options, not prescribed doses. Never force a count or breath hold to finish a session. Stop if you feel dizzy, breathless, anxious, or uncomfortable.
